Model Pengelolaan Sampah Organik Terintegrasi Budidaya Magot: Pendampingan KSM Buruan Sae RW 03-4 Pakemitan

Program pengabdian ini merancang dan menerapkan sebuah model pengelolaan sampah organik yang terintegrasi dengan budidaya Black Soldier Fly (BSF) melalui pendampingan Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) Buruan Sae di RW 03–04, Kelurahan Pakemitan, Kecamatan Cinambo, Kota Bandung. Intervensi meliputi penguatan praktik pemilahan di sumber, transfer pengetahuan non teknis (manajemen kelompok, pencatatan, pemasaran), penyusunan modul dan SOP operasional sederhana, demonstrasi budidaya maggot, serta fasilitasi jejaring pemasaran produk maggot. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif partisipatif: observasi partisipatif, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan dokumentasi visual. Temuan awal menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan niat pemilahan di tingkat rumah tangga, terbentuknya unit budidaya skala pilot yang dikelola oleh KSM, tersusunnya modul dan atau SOP yang dapat dioperasionalkan, serta pembukaan akses pasar lokal untuk produk maggot dan kompos. Model yang dikembangkan menekankan prinsip ekonomi sirkular lokal, pencatatan sederhana untuk pengelolaan usaha komunitas, dan mekanisme pembiayaan berbasis hasil produksi. Rekomendasi meliputi penguatan monitoring kuantitatif, penerapan skema insentif untuk pemilah, dan pendampingan teknis lanjutan untuk stabilisasi kualitas produk.
