Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Edukasi Pencegahan Stunting di Kelurahan Kemanisan, Kecamatan Curug, Kota Serang

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui edukasi pencegahan stunting di Kelurahan Kemanisan, Kecamatan Curug, Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan kesehatan disertai evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 26 responden yang seluruhnya berjenis kelamin perempuan. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata skor pengetahuan responden sebesar 6,42 dengan kategori pengetahuan cukup (57,7%), baik (19,2%), dan kurang (23,1%). Distribusi jawaban benar tertinggi terdapat pada pertanyaan terkait peran posyandu dalam pencegahan stunting (88,5%), sedangkan terendah pada pengetahuan tentang suplemen gizi (26,9%). Edukasi yang diberikan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai stunting, namun diperlukan edukasi lanjutan terutama terkait pemanfaatan suplemen gizi dan pencegahan berbasis keluarga.
